This was the worst technical support experience I've ever had! I was left without TV for 10 days after numerous calls, each time speaking to a different representative and repeating the same frustrating details. The issue remains unresolved. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told to expect a 9 to 10-day wait. I strongly advise against using this service!
