New phone. New provider. Wanted to port old number but when I send a message to my husband its coming up with the temporary number that had to be put in on the Virgin website to go through the procedure of porting. This has been ongoing since 20th Feb 2-26. It's now 7th March. I am going abroad soopn and my phone holds all my travel info. I need it to work.
