Very disappointed in service. I'm new customer and installation cost me headache even i paid £50 for it. Engineers make a mess with a cables, never secure it, just left it on the walls and floor. Landline number transferring it's next level quest. i still have to pay 3 month payments to old provider. Just because Virgin never contact XLN to port my number. I have sent 3 times Port in form to the Virgin.
