I placed an order online expecting delivery in 2 days, but it's now been 10 days and my item has yet to arrive. It was nice to connect with a real person in customer support instead of a machine. However, they had no authority to address my late order and couldn't even give me an estimated delivery date! There was no proactive assistance or solutions offered, just repeated 'I can't help you' responses. It might have been easier to deal with a robot. Quite disappointing.
