If its a gift to be delivered DO NOT ORDER!! Literally the worst service ever. I ordered a gift for my parents and i was in contact with them for 2 full days while they were hardly answering questions and saying that the product is being processed. The 3rd days when it was already a daynlate for delivery I contact them and they tell me it has been cancelled with no warning with nothing. Just sorry for inconvenience and they ended the chat.

It was reassuring to speak with a real person when I contacted customer support, rather than a robot. Unfortunately, they had no authority or ability to assist with my delayed order. They couldn't even provide an estimated arrival date! There was no proactive help or solutions offered, just repeated responses of 'I can't help you'... It might have been easier to talk to a robot. Very disappointing.

Having ordered online for years, I've only been refunded once when items were out of stock despite being listed as available. I made two orders through the platform, and both times faced issues—first, three out of five items were unavailable, and the second order had similar problems. I don't understand why items aren't marked as unavailable when they are. It's frustrating to order and receive only half of what was expected. I won't be ordering again until they improve their services.
Last weekend, I attempted to buy an item as a gift. The sales representative told me it was out of stock due to pre-orders but offered me a canceled order. However, I couldn't buy it at the actual price since it included mandatory insurance and accessories. I insisted on just purchasing the item outright with cash, but they insisted on the bundled offer. I later confirmed with customer service that insurance wasn't mandatory. I ended up buying from another retailer instead.
The customer service is very disappointing. Do you always handle customer issues this way when the problem originates from your end? You promise to resolve issues within 24 or 48 hours, yet despite multiple follow-ups, nothing changes. After taking my money, it seems the customer means nothing to you. This is a mockery of customer care, and I will advise everyone I know to avoid this company.
My experience with online ordering was very disappointing. I ordered a product for a significant amount and was supposed to receive it two days ago, but it hasn't arrived. When I reached out, they only offered apologies and no information on when I might receive it. This level of service is unprofessional—I'd recommend against ordering from them.
If I could, I would give this store zero stars. The customer service is the worst; they show no concern for customer satisfaction. I placed an online order for over a significant amount, and they refused to exchange the color of the product, even though it was only opened for viewing. Considering the item looked different from the image, they still denied my request. I've definitely lost them as a customer—never again!
