Having ordered online for years, I've only been refunded once when items were out of stock despite being listed as available. I made two orders through the platform, and both times faced issues—first, three out of five items were unavailable, and the second order had similar problems. I don't understand why items aren't marked as unavailable when they are. It's frustrating to order and receive only half of what was expected. I won't be ordering again until they improve their services.
