Last weekend, I attempted to buy an item as a gift. The sales representative told me it was out of stock due to pre-orders but offered me a canceled order. However, I couldn't buy it at the actual price since it included mandatory insurance and accessories. I insisted on just purchasing the item outright with cash, but they insisted on the bundled offer. I later confirmed with customer service that insurance wasn't mandatory.
