I placed an online order with an expected delivery of 2 days, but now it's been 10 days and I still haven't received my item. It was reassuring to speak with a real person when I contacted customer support, rather than a robot. Unfortunately, they had no authority or ability to assist with my delayed order. They couldn't even provide an estimated arrival date! There was no proactive help or solutions offered, just repeated responses of 'I can't help you'... It might have been easier to talk to a robot. Very disappointing.
