Unlike apparently literally everyone else, I have no issues with the service or customer service. My issue is with the device I supposedly upgraded to and am now stuck in a 2-year contract paying $1 a month for. The Ahlo phone is such complete garbage that I can't even fully express it here. If I could return it, and go back to using my old cracked and broken Motorola phone, I would be way, way happier. Nothing works the way it's supposed to on it and it's so slow and the battery holds a charge for maybe 4 hours tops. What a disgraceful so-called "upgrade".Once I'm done paying for this phone, it'll be going directly into the trash, along with my Virgin+ patronage.
