Good selection of good quality wines and I'm able to get at what I like with some assistance from my wine advisor, even when stocks of favourites have been exhausted.

There have been a few warehouse miss picks but these have been sorted rapidly and without fuss.
The delivery by DHL is my most frequent issue with packages turning up late, being damaged, abandoned on the doorstep, and on one occasion abandoned on someone else's doorstep. I had to cross town to retrieve it and was fortunate the shipment was not lost. I always try to set a delivery date when I know I'm available all day and can react to any issues.
