I recently had a hardware issue with my VPC V.F.X Grip and contacted the VIRPIL support. The entire process was fantastic. The team (Alexei, Vitaly, Gleb, and Sarunas) responded extremely fast, provided a temporary fix so I could keep flying, and immediately arranged for replacement cables for both my grip and my flightstick extension.
They even went the extra mile to include the spare parts to my pending order and combined the shipping. This is exactly the kind of excellent customer service you hope for when buying premium flight sim gear. Highly recommended!
