To specify a Warbird base with a constellation Alpha grip, CM3 throttle, Rotor TCS base and an AH-64 grip.

With the exception of when parts are in back-order it is always clear what to expect and all needed information is clearly visible.
I have my throttle and stick mounted with the version 3 desk mounts.
After half a decade of service my stick's quick-clamp sheared off a rivet. Honestly, surprised it lasted this long as I clamp it around very regularly. Every time I go to play I have to clamp it off of the side of my desk and clamp it to the front. 1000s of cycles after these years.
A little upset I wrote Virpil support outside of opening hours if it would be possible for me to purchase this broken part separately and receive installation instructions. I got a quick and clear response. Information on how to care for this part in the future to make it last and how to unmount/remount it.
The next day customer service got back to me to get the shipping and payment sorted. Quick, professional an reliable.
From experience of friends virpil is excellent in not just giving the option to RMA but also having excellent support with regard to spare parts and performing your own repairs. A rare occurrence these days (yay right-to-repair).
