Overall, I'm very satisfied with the app. Setting it up and canceling the membership was straightforward, and I haven't encountered any issues. However, I find the topping-up process to be quite expensive. The app layout can be a bit confusing, making it somewhat challenging to navigate, but the customer service was extremely helpful. Overall, my experience has been excellent.
