I had no problem joining up with this company but for some reason the phone was constantly engaged even when I wasn't on it! However, I emailed them and it was all sorted out very swiftly. Can't fault their customer service and in particular Daniel who dealt with my issue. Haven't had much more to do with them as I've only just joined but so far so good and at least I've got an email address if I do have any more problems!!

Following up on my earlier review, although there has been some contact to resolve my issues, the effort has been minimal. The information provided in response to my review was incorrect; there was no support until early this week. A goodwill gesture of a free reconnection was offered upon payment, but the underlying issue of suspension remains unresolved, which has been exacerbated by a recent family death.
The representative provided exceptional service throughout the entire process. She was friendly, responsive, and extremely helpful, taking the time to clarify everything and ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. It's rare to find customer service that is both efficient and genuinely personable. I highly recommend her and this service to anyone in need of reliable support.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with the app. Setting it up and canceling the membership was straightforward, and I haven't encountered any issues. However, I find the topping-up process to be quite expensive. The app layout can be a bit confusing, making it somewhat challenging to navigate, but the customer service was extremely helpful. We have just completed our onboarding and can't comment on ongoing service yet, but our experience thus far has been excellent. The process was simple, and we've had great communication. The representative explained everything clearly during our onboarding session, and we're looking forward to getting the service fully operational.
I've been with this service for years and have witnessed their growth in offerings. I would never consider switching to another provider.
