I strongly recommend avoiding this company. My experience has been nothing but frustrating and time-consuming.I have had multiple active subscriptions with them, yet their website has repeatedly failed to allow me to make payments due to persistent error messages. Despite this, I have received threatening emails claiming I have outstanding balances and warning that my account would be referred to a debt collection agency if payment was not made.This is particularly unacceptable when the website itself prevents payment on multiple occasions. To make matters worse, the company has been unable to provide a clear or final outstanding balance and has even claimed I owe money for an invoice that has already been paid — which is clearly marked as paid on their own system.After exhausting my patience and time, I requested that all subscriptions be cancelled immediately, as this situation has begun to negatively impact my business operations.The lack of system reliability, inaccurate billing, and poor communication makes this company impossible to deal with.
