The initial process went well and the people in the centre were helpful and friendly.
However, communication afterwards has been nothing short of awful, no response to emails, no phone number, chat agent unable to do anything and on top of that the website is an absolute pain and totally useless.
Next time I will apply directly in the Netherlands.
