Initial application process. VFS waste people time and patience as we keep trying your pathetic website to gain an appointment. Disgusting waste of time. Vfs have now brought me three hours closer to the time I will die and it was wasted on trying to book an appointment with with this sole provider!

Staff is misleading and unhelpful. For minor changes, they force you to rebook appointments unless you pay extra for so-called “premium lounge” which cost another 5K INR services. Even after paying, there is no premium treatment — same queue, no real support, and extremely high charges (5x for printing). Applicants are constantly pushed to take premium services as if staff has sales targets. No transparency, no accountability. Feels like a scam. Highly disappointed.

A deeply frustrating and poorly structured application experience

This has been an incredibly frustrating and poorly structured application process I've encountered, all for a simple document. Initially, you're compelled to upload very specific photos, but the system continuously rejects them regardless of your efforts. There's a lack of clear instructions, no helpful error messages, just repeated rejections. Then, you're required to print everything, pay again for passport-size photos, and visit a notary just to verify documents in an unnecessarily outdated and cumbersome process. The most frustrating part is scheduling an appointment.
The website vaguely states that bookings open "at regular intervals" without specifying any details. No times, no windows, no clarity. You're left to guess. Only after some inquiries do you learn that you need to check early in the morning or late at night. Why isn’t this information clearly presented on the site? After several days of constant checking, I finally find an available slot. I begin the booking process, and despite having an account, the system requires me to re-enter almost all my information again. At this point, I've already filled out 90% of the details multiple times. When I attempt to make a minor correction, guess what happens?
The system logs me out, and by the time I log back in, all the appointment slots are taken. Days of effort, wasted money, and endless frustration for just a simple document. This entire experience feels unfriendly to users, poorly communicated, and badly designed. It's completely unacceptable in today's world. If anyone responsible actually tried using this system, they would realize how flawed it is.

After activating my account, the app repeatedly claimed my email address was incorrect, which it wasn't. Extremely frustrating experience with this service.

My experience with this service has been very disappointing. The website fails to remember my account. When I try to create a new account, it claims "this user already exists, please activate account." Upon activation, it responds with "this user ID is not recognized." Additionally, the representatives consistently ask for documents that aren't even listed. Overall, it's a frustrating experience, and I believe the service is in need of serious improvement.
