Like many others, I would rate this service a zero if I could. I am now on my third day trying to obtain a visa and have spent over 3 hours on it. The platform constantly shows error messages. I submitted a query through the portal but don't expect a response. I doubt I can continue with this process and will probably get a visa directly at the airport.
