This website is rubbish. You never know at what point in your registration process you are, the system keeps spitting at you inconsistent information, reporting input errors even after you have fixed them. Finally it seems to have accepted my registration, but I am not given an email confirmation and if I logoff and in again, the registration is pending but if I try to view/edit it, looks empty? And I cannot delete it and if I try to apply again it tells me that there is one on my name already pending ??
Total rubbish, avoid at all costs it is just a waste of time.
Like many others, I would rate this website a zero if possible. I am currently on my third day attempting to secure a visa and have invested over 3 hours in the process. The website repeatedly displays error messages. I have submitted an inquiry through the portal but doubt I will receive a reply. I don't believe I can continue with this and will likely pursue a visa directly at the airport.

I keep experiencing constant buffering. I can't even log in! There seems to be an issue with their servers or internet connection. I managed to complete two parts of the process. I sent them a message through their form and received an acknowledgment email, but nothing from the site, just the endless buffering. They need to resolve this quickly if they want anyone to use it.
An extremely poor website. The authorities should be embarrassed for creating such a low-quality platform. Nothing functions properly; I won’t bother listing the numerous issues. I’ve spent hours trying to fill out the application fields, all to no avail. My alternatives are to try at the airport or use a visa service, but they charge £75 per visa.
We applied for 6 e-visas and the application form was acceptable. Payment was processed, and all 6 applications were declined within 36 hours. Reason: travel document does not match the application's data. This is nonsense! I printed the draft visas and everything was accurate! I contacted the support team but received no response... It seems like a scam. I just hope the visa on arrival goes smoothly...
Government-supported scam. Despite triple-checking all information, including against the preview PDF they provide, my application was declined due to a mismatch in travel document data. It does match; they just want to take your money twice. Check the hundreds of similar comments here and elsewhere. Buy at the airport instead.
