I am not directly the client of Visaforbulgaria, but had to sign documents for my tenants to help them get their visa.I do not live in Bulgaria, so I was let believe I had to fly out to Sofia to sign the document. Only to hear back in 1 months time that the document I was given to sign (and had to arrange with work to travel and spend my time doing so) was the wrong document! How can a lawyer provide their clients with the wrong document? The further communications that followed between my tenants and Tanya Dimitrova were confusing for my tenants. And some of the advice she had given out seemed ridiculous, stating "we can try to apply with this document (even thought its the wrong one) perhaps they will not see" - not great legal advice from a lawyer.I then proceeded to give a phone call to Tanya Dimitrova. I asked her how can a lawyer give the wrong documents to their clients, to which she initially evaded taking responsibility because she doesn't work alone and have students doing these for her, and someone made a mistake. I did confront her that this is unacceptable as her name is on the business. She then did take responsibility. However, I kept pushing on it, and asking more questions around the service and how can this be the case, to which she quickly apologised again and hung up the phone while I was still talking.Bad service, bad customer service and worst of all incompetency.
