I cannot thank Tanya enough, Tanya was able to handle everything for me, I just had to apply for my documents and ship them over to Tanya. This took a lot of the worry and stress away as the process is very daunting, especially as I do not read or speak Bulgarian yet.
I would 100% recommend Tanya for the visa process, Tanya was able to answer all my questions and queries very quickly and with detail. Tanya was even on call for my trip to the embassy, which was such a big help. The desk clerk at the embassy tried to make me sign a form saying my application was incomplete, telling me it would not be approved and to take my application away and get my documents in order. Tanya made the time to help deal with the situation over the phone and resolve it, resulting in an approved visa application, because all the documents were right and correct. The clerk eventually ‘found’ the ‘missing documents’ but still tried to cause difficulties because they were shown to be wrong. Without Tanya in this moment, I would have been totally lost and had to walk away defeated and confused.
I am so happy to have found Tanya at visaforbulgaria.com to help guide me through the Visa D process. Thank you again Tanya!
Tanya provided exceptional service throughout the entire process, despite all the bureaucracy and hurdles with the embassy. She truly knows her stuff and was always available by phone to handle issues in real time. Any questions or queries were answered very promptly—often right away. It's clear that Tanya genuinely cares about her work and her clients, and it really shows. I'm so glad I found her and I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I am not directly the client of Visaforbulgaria, but had to sign documents for my tenants to help them get their visa.I do not live in Bulgaria, so I was let believe I had to fly out to Sofia to sign the document. Only to hear back in 1 months time that the document I was given to sign (and had to arrange with work to travel and spend my time doing so) was the wrong document! How can a lawyer provide their clients with the wrong document? The further communications that followed between my tenants and Tanya Dimitrova were confusing for my tenants. And some of the advice she had given out seemed ridiculous, stating "we can try to apply with this document (even thought its the wrong one) perhaps they will not see" - not great legal advice from a lawyer.I then proceeded to give a phone call to Tanya Dimitrova. I asked her how can a lawyer give the wrong documents to their clients, to which she initially evaded taking responsibility because she doesn't work alone and have students doing these for her, and someone made a mistake. I did confront her that this is unacceptable as her name is on the business. She then did take responsibility. However, I kept pushing on it, and asking more questions around the service and how can this be the case, to which she quickly apologised again and hung up the phone while I was still talking.Bad service, bad customer service and worst of all incompetency.
Sharing my experience for the people, who is planning to move to Bulgaria with some reason, looking for immigration lawyers and professionals.260 days has passed since I start living in Bulgaria with business reason. I start understanding that here is some standard on business. Average people casually say "yes I can do it, no problem at all" in the beginning, and suddenly cut contact without any words. This maybe the sign that they can not manage the situation. I've been experiencing it thousands of times. This can happen really often here at Bulgaria, and very difficult to find the exception. This is probably the standard here, even on business.Tanya never does this.I was lucky that I found Tanya at the beginning of my journey to here. As you understand from her profile, she has an office in UK. Her business standard is international. During my experience of getting VISA, she never failed someting, that she expected to complete. In addition, she understand that there are so many difficulties in Bulgaria for foreigners. She kindly assist opening Bank accounts, anything about related with VISA. She is still my immigration lawyer. Really efficient, and especially I love her kind heart.Never regret choosing to work with her. She is wonderful business person internationally, and outstanding kind person in Bulgarian business standard.
