Marina at Visafoto was very helpful when I had trouble uploading the first photo to a country visa application system. Marina revised the format and the photo uploaded successfully. This took only a few hours after I had asked for assistance.

Unfortunately I have to write a negative review.I had big expectations about the website since it looks very friendly to the user.First, I used one cupon for 10% discount shared in their own website and the price automatically change. My surprise, was when they charged me for the full price.If that was not enough, I am not happy with the result, they cut my hair which looks very fake and ridiculous, my face is not straight (it was moved by their robot), in general it is a very bad result that I am not happy with.Contacted them through email but never received any reply (was reading some reviews saying they are fast and very helpful but sadly that was not my case).Willing to modifiy/edit this review if I receive any help.
