He helped me select two Sony camera lenses and truly went above and beyond - taking the time to understand my camera, my kit, and what would work best for me. He also made sure I received the best possible deals, which I greatly appreciated.

This was hands-down one of my best customer service experiences. It’s so rare to receive this level of personalized service and thoughtful follow-up. Maybe about 30 minutes after I had made my order online, I received a call from Michael from Abe's of Maine to verify that, yes, I was the one who made the order for a new camera and lens. In part because I was having the camera speed to my place of employment instead of my house. He also verified with me about the purchase and have me some additional options.

I was blown away by the personal attention that I received. This was my first purchase through Abe's of Maine, so I want expecting personalized attention like that. I will definitely be purchasing from them again.

Michael at Abe’s of Maine really made my day. When missed a a call from him the morning after making a purchase I was expecting bad news like the product was out of stock or something negative. Instead, I had entered my address incorrectly, and Michael corrected it expeditiously. He also helped with expediting my shipment and upgrading my order to get the necessary accessories. Abe’s of Maine is a great company with a an excellent sales team. I wish I knew about Abe’s a long time ago.
