Their inventory management is severely lacking. You place an order expecting it to arrive as promised, only to be notified on the day of delivery that the item is out of stock with no timeline for availability. I attempted to buy an electronic device today. Despite the listed price, they insisted on adding insurance costs. I only wanted to pay for the item itself, but they would not allow it and insisted I pay for the insurance as well. This feels like a violation of consumer rights, as I was pressured into a purchase against my will.

Unfriendly Service Encounter

My partner ordered a laptop online, and when I went to pick it up with the provided documentation, the staff were very unwelcoming. They insisted my partner must be present. I offered my ID and explained the situation, but they refused to assist me in a very unfriendly manner.
