I used the service to create a photo for a US visa. When I received the photo I thought there was a quality issue. I contacted support who replied quickly, letting me know that the issue I was seeing would have been corrected during the upload process, but that the photo I was using would not be accepted due to issues with the image when it was taken.They offered to create a new image for me free of charge from a new photo I sent them. From now on I will be using them for all my ID needs. The photo the created was great and around 40% cheaper than where I got the original photo from!
Ordered a preparation of photo for Chinese visa to attach it in online form because my photo was not accepted by the system. It also has not accepted the new photo and I contacted support of visafoto and they helped me by sending new photos. After several tries they sent a photo which was accepted. They took no additional charge. I appreciate the support for solving my case. Recommend
Excellent customer service Our country embassy has changed the passport photo rules and an ICAO compliant soft copy should be uploaded and the photo was being checked against several parameters. The first photo we got did not clear all parameters. We wrote to the customer care. They were always super quick in responding, and kept on sending many different versions. And finally we received one from Tatiana that just worked!!Highly recommended. Extremely affordable.
