This company pretends to be an official site for visas/landing cards, but it is not. As noted in prior reviews, it's best to steer clear. A significant concern is that they appear among the top search results for Taiwan's required landing card (which is actually free). They create the false impression that a payment of $49 per person is necessary for this landing card. When questioned, they automatically refund half the amount, which raises further suspicions about their legitimacy, as they retain the other half for 'admin/services' for this free landing card, claiming to facilitate the process. I hope fewer people fall victim to this company and similar ones in the future. We reached out to the company for a refund, but they refused, so be wary of their comments on posts attempting to address issues.
