They took money from me for a service that I had done myself and as I’m from South African, this service has no charge, this component is from the United States and charged me $78 dollars, for a service not intended for me, requests have been sent for refund of money, no response
A Canada ETA is $7CAN...I was charged US$89...this site is a scam. I will be getting lawyers involved. This site will be shut down soon if I do not get a complete refund, at maximum the site can take 14CAN but how can $89 US make sense...and I got it in a hour....DO NOT USE THIS SITE
I tried to purchase an e-visa to Sri Lanka. They tried to charge me £140! Almost laughable at the additional fees.
Instead, I went straight to the government website and paid £38.
Please save yourself the money and don't fall for this.
Absolute scam to pretend the Indonesian government and charged more than 200 Australian dollars. I can't believe Google supported thus website as a top result!!! The customer service didn't even respond to it.
I was charged about 190 CAD for a process that officially costs only 7 CAD. The website closely resembles the official government application, which makes the payment seem mandatory rather than an optional third-party service.
Even worse, I received my document independently before they had even submitted any application, meaning no real service was provided. Despite this, they only issued a partial refund instead of returning the full amount.

Fraudulent company took my money. It's clear that the positive reviews are fake; check the negative review section for genuine feedback about this deceptive company. This company pretends to be an official site for visas/landing cards, but it is not. As noted in prior reviews, it's best to steer clear. A significant concern is that they appear among the top search results for Taiwan's required landing card (which is actually free). They create the false impression that a payment of $49 per person is necessary for this landing card. When questioned, they automatically refund half the amount, which raises further suspicions about their legitimacy, as they retain the other half for 'admin/services' for this free landing card, claiming to facilitate the process. I hope fewer people fall victim to this company and similar ones in the future. We reached out to the company for a refund, but they refused, so be wary of their comments on posts attempting to address issues.
Quick and effective service. It would have been even better with some notes regarding the necessary files. We could have prepared the photos ahead of time and saved some time. Aside from that, everything else was satisfactory.
