I order a givenchy frame last week. The item has problem that the welding between the leg and main part of frame is not symmetrical on both sides. So I contact the visionet for exchange. However, I wait for three days to get a reply that the item is out of stock, but when I contact it still has one on stock. I send an email again and still waiting for response. The response for visionet always takes a long time and can’t provide a good customer-central service.
