Very stupid service. The responses from their employees and managers are so rude. I hope no one really considers to stay in this hotel any further. I have made a booking and have not been able to travel. They wont refund the money at all. Anja Graf. I hope you see this message. Your employees are ruthless and no empathy towards the customer.
