I initially booked a room with lots of natural light and paid extra for this. The room we got was small and only had a tiny window. This is not acceptable if you don’t offer any restitution on the amount paid. We left early and couldn’t get breakfast (which was also paid for). They didn’t have the possibility to box a sandwhich or anything for us.Lastly and most importantly the pool area is DISGUSTING. There are big patches of black mold everywhere around the water edge. Both in the pool as well as in the jacuzzi part. This must not have been cleaned in a year or so. Common guys, for this amount per night you can pay a cleaning lady for 2 hours max to clean this?I would still like part of my money refunded for the room downgrade as well as for breakfast.
