I ordered a 1ml test bottle of a popular fragrance. The sample arrived in a small plastic pump bottle, indicating it was decanted from larger containers. This plastic could alter the scent. My EDT didn’t resemble the authentic version at all; its longevity was a maximum of two hours, significantly fading after just 30 minutes. Either they are diluting it, or the supplier is, or the plastic is affecting its quality. I already own a genuine 100ml bottle from a reputable retailer, and this sample was nothing like it. I requested a refund of my small amount, only to receive a series of long, defensive emails. I’m done; they can keep the money and their low-quality fragrance.
