I’ve placed several orders and have generally been pleased, except for one occasion. My last order was missing an item, and I sent a photo of the small package to highlight the issue. I thought communication was good until then, but I didn’t receive a response. This was my only complaint regarding their lack of communication about the mistake, for which I paid a fee but received no reply.
