I've placed several orders and have been quite happy with the service overall, except for one instance. In my last order, the item I expected was missing. I even sent a picture of the small package for clarification. I thought our communication was solid until that point, but I didn't receive a response. This was my only concern: after paying for the item, I didn't hear back regarding the oversight. That's my sole complaint.
