My email was hacked. I called your tech support and was told three times it wasn't a Vision issue, and I had to call my domain provider, GoDaddy. I've called them three times as well only to be charged a large fee, but they could access my computer due to the Bitdeferder software installed by Vision. I called Vision today to see if they could temporarily shutdown that software to allow GoDaddy to access my computer. To my surprise and excitement, I reached David with Vision. After explaining my situation, David was able to access my computer and my GoDaddy account and resolve all the issues and restore my email account as well as setup multiple authentications and password resets. David was able to get me back in business for which I've been down for almost two weeks. Even though Vision will charge an additional amount above my annual tech fee it is well worth getting someone that is willing to assist and fix the problem. My first three calls to Vision did not help and sent me down the wrong path. I learned a lot during this experience and hopefully don't have the need to experience it again. But, if I do, I will know to ask for David at Vision. The only reason for giving the 5 STARS, is that David was able to resolve my issues.
