Review Time
We have subscribed to Vision Computing for years, they have always been there for us. Our laptop was hacked a few days ago and HUNDREDS of bogus email were generated and sent. After the hacking, all incoming emails were redirected to the Archive folder. After some attempts to address this issue, we called Vision and David helped us resolve the issue. He was patient and walked us thru all our many questions. We are grateful to have such experts on call to assist us with any of our computing issues!
today I called Vision for some help and got Adam on the phone within seconds! After a few questions from Adam he had me up and running in minutes! Thanks Adam and Vision Computers for always being there when we need you!
I accidentally logged on to the wrong Google calendar and thought I lost everything. Within minutes David found what I had done. He opened it and all of my information was still there. These guys at Vision Computers really know their stuff and are very friendly.
I am so glad that I heard about them on News Talk 750 Radio.

I clicked on a Facebook message that told me my account had been suspended. Afraid it was a scam, I rebutted my account. When I powered back up, my screen was black. I called Vision in a panic and within less than 5 minutes, it was up and working. Next time, I will just call Vision.
It's truly comforting to know that whenever I encounter a problem or have a question, a representative from the service is always there to answer my call and effectively resolve any issues I face. I own a computer that isn't compatible with the latest operating system, and to obtain the one-year extension from the service, I needed to ensure all updates were installed. I encountered an update that wouldn't install, but a representative dedicated nearly 5 hours to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Now, I have the one-year extension and feel much more secure.
After I purchased my new Computer from Vision, I reached out to their service department to help in setting it up. This included all the normal steps plus the transfer of all data and programs from my old computer. This went well. Subsequent to that process which went well I had difficulty with a 20-yr, old scanner. I retired the old one and purchased a new scanner. Again, I contacted their service department and the Tec set this up for me. Couldn't be more satisfied!
