I remain a fan of the service. There was a period when deliveries were slow. They promised next day delivery, but I often received my order several days later, usually at least three. This was particularly frustrating since I kept seeing their ads on YouTube boasting about their speedy service. However, they have returned to fulfilling their promises. Their products are excellent, but I have one critique to share. I wanted to leave a review for a specific product but couldn't find the right place, so I'm mentioning it here. Kudos to the designer of the bottles for the contact lens solution. It's quite challenging to use; it tends to squirt everywhere except into the lens cases, and it's tough to open as well, making it hard to get a good grip and twist the cap.
