Review Time
I remain a fan of the service. There was a period when deliveries were slow. They promised next day delivery, but I often received my order several days later, usually at least three. This was particularly frustrating since I kept seeing their ads on YouTube boasting about their speedy service. However, they have returned to fulfilling their promises. Their products are excellent, but I have one critique to share. I wanted to leave a review for a specific product but couldn't find the right place, so I'm mentioning it here. Kudos to the designer of the bottles for the contact lens solution. It's quite challenging to use; it tends to squirt everywhere except into the lens cases, and it's tough to open as well, making it hard to get a good grip and twist the cap.
This platform has been my reliable source for contact lenses for several years. They offer excellent products at great prices, and the delivery is consistently quick and reliable. The small treat included in the package is always a nice touch!
One lens is defective and cannot be worn...causing significant discomfort. I've already reported this issue, but all I received was a lengthy email expressing concern and repeatedly requesting my prescription...THE LENS IS DEFECTIVE...
