I feel cheated by this service! I ordered a product that was supposed to include two items, but only one arrived. When I contacted them, they said the second item was on the way, but after a month, there’s still no sign of it, and they have stopped responding to my emails. I also asked for return instructions for the first item, but received nothing. Very poor service and customer support!
