I feel misled by this service! I ordered a pair that was supposed to include two items, but only received one. They claimed the second was on its way, but after a month, there’s been no update, and they stopped responding to my emails. I also asked for return instructions for the first item, but got no response. Extremely disappointing service and customer support!

When I contacted them, they said the second item was on the way, but after a month, there’s still no sign of it, and they have stopped responding to my emails. I also asked for return instructions for the first item, but received nothing. Very poor service and customer support!
I ordered and paid immediately through a payment service. The order was accepted, but after 10 days, it was still being processed. I called multiple times over two days, but it was always on auto-response. I emailed with no reply! I checked tracking and saw the order was closed. Now it says I will be refunded soon. If there’s no response from the company, I will escalate this!
