This has been an utterly disappointing experience with this company. I ordered a large TV during a holiday sale, and while other items arrived, the TV has gone missing for over a month. Their customer service is non-existent; they don't answer calls and take weeks to respond to online tickets. It's shocking that a company of this size can have such terrible service. I'm grateful for credit card disputes, but now I have to pay significantly more to get the TV again. I will never shop here again.
