I ordered an open-box stereo for my car from the website, but there was no explanation of what 'open box' meant. I received a used stereo with a dent in the corner. I quickly submitted a support ticket to initiate a return, but after a few follow-ups requesting photos of the damage, I heard nothing further. It's been two weeks without any emails, and when I attempted to call, the wait times were excessive. There’s also no option to return items in person at a store. This has been a very frustrating experience; I recommend purchasing from a physical location instead, as the online return process is a hassle with the current support system.

The promotions are worth checking out online, but I had a bad experience with a recent order. They didn't honor a promotion for a charger. It's best to order online for in-store pickup bonuses. If you go to the store and the item is out of stock, they'll order it for you, but you won't get the pickup bonus. Avoid going in-store if you want to save money.
The online store is extremely disappointing. I ordered a phone case and screen protector, but they shipped separately. The screen protector took ages to arrive, and delivery was an issue. The phone screen was lost in transit. I will not shop here again and do not recommend it to others.
