Very disappointed that my 11 month old Hisense TV warranty was not honoured by Hisense or Visions Electronics, Apparently I put my thumb on the screen near the frame and destroyed the entire pixel arrangement. The screen would only display rows of vertical red lines. No warranty for willful damage they say.
