My experience with this company has been very frustrating. I ordered a large TV during a sale, and although some items arrived, the TV is missing after over a month. Customer service is unresponsive, and it takes weeks to get replies. It's hard to believe a company like this can provide such poor service. I’m relieved I can dispute the charge, but now I have to pay much more to buy the TV again. I would not recommend shopping here.
