I recently had a difficult experience with a TV purchase from Visions Electronics. I bought an LG QNED92, but unfortunately I received three defective TVs in a row, all with the same issue (dust or marks inside the screen).
To be fair, the store manager Chad was helpful and professional, and he tried to assist throughout the process. I have no complaints about the staff at the Hamilton store.
However, the overall experience was very inconvenient. I had to make four trips from Niagara to Hamilton, carrying and exchanging large TVs each time. This took a lot of time and effort, especially during the winter.
Eventually Visions confirmed with the manufacturer that the TVs had a manufacturing defect, and they processed a full refund.
What disappointed me was that after this long process and multiple defective units, Visions only offered a very small discount (about $70) if I wanted to buy another TV. Considering the inconvenience and the confirmed defect, I hoped the company would try to make the situation right in a better way.
Because of this experience, I decided not to purchase another TV from Visions.
Again, I appreciate the effort from the store staff, but I believe the company should do more for customers when multiple defective products from the same batch are sold.
