To clarify for the company that seems to doubt my experience, here are some details: the order was placed by my ex, and I can confirm the date and the order number. Despite this, they continue to argue about whether I received a receipt showing my address as the shipping address and my ex's address as the billing address. Yet, the gift was incorrectly sent to a different location. It would benefit the company to simply acknowledge their mistake and resolve the issue, but they prefer to dismiss my negative review as fake. This has left me feeling very frustrated, especially since I have already paid in full for the products.
