Made an order on Feb 5th and because they did not offer any faster shipping I was stuck with Economy which says 8-10 Business days. I've order this product from them three times before no issue. It said waa going to arrive in 3 wks. Okay, sure. As long as its coming. Usually within one week I get a shipment notice. I got nothing so I waited until the second week until I contacted them.

I contacted them saying there must be an issue but the customer service agents kept saying it will be there. It will be on time. There is no delay. Four days before arrival I contact customer service trying to explain the same thing. The agent tells me there is no delay, I will recieve a shipment email in 48hrs and they have the ability to ship over night. But here I am waiting 3ks.

A day before shipment is suppose to arrive I contact them again trying to explain what I've been getting the run around about and then the Agent tells me there is a delay the day before it is suppose to be at my address. No email. I had to contact them about ten times to get to this point.

They keep sayingbthry understand how frustrating this is but it takes 5 agents until I get an answer. So the Day it is suppose to be delivered I get the delayed email. Email says 2-3 days. Okay fine.

2-3 days later I dont get anything about shipment. I contact and get nothing from the first agent and just the run around. I contact the day after and the agent tells me it won't be shipped until March 19th. I ordered on Feb. 5th. Again, no communication. I had to contact them multiple times to get the answer.

And I can't replace this order with a different set be cause everytime I pick something that's "instock" go through the design process and Add to cart it says My item is out if stock. They dobt even offer to try and get something faster and just say they "understand" and "know I'm frusterated". Anyone would be frustrated.

I have clients waiting on this item and now have to go tell them. Never had this issue. It is utterly ridiculous that they can't communication these issues with their customers.

Vistaprint do better.

Giving a review for a company brings a lot of responsibility. It is as if you followed a path to reach your destination, and now more people will follow that same way. Hence, it becomes the responsibility of the person who has arrived to guide others before they begin their journey and to tell them whether the way is safe.

In the same way, my experience with was mind-blowing. Handing over the job of printing your business cards to them felt like entrusting the work to a family member and asking that person to carefully watch every detail during the printing process. That same satisfaction I felt when I handed over my card-printing job to them.

Now the real story begins. When I received the cards, because of my own mistake, one alphabet was missing from my company’s website. While sending them the card design I wanted, I had not done proper proofreading. I shared this with them and clearly told them that I could not afford a replacement. One has to earn respect by being truly honest and genuine, even if their situation may be different from other customers. Even if they had offered me another set for free, I would not have expected it, because a company is not there to work at a loss. Nothing should be only about my benefit; it is always a two-way street. Every company has its own policies and reviews before deciding.

In my case, they created another lot of 500 cards free of cost, matching the same specifications. The quality of the print was exceptional from start to finish. The people working there felt more like family than a business team.

There is only one company that I can genuinely call five-star, and that is this one, in Canada and elsewhere.

Frustrating experience with the service

After leaving a one-star review for this service, they are insisting that I am not a customer. To clarify for the company that seems to doubt my experience, here are some details: the order was placed by my ex, and I can confirm the date and the order number. Despite this, they continue to argue about whether I received a receipt showing my address as the shipping address and my ex's address as the billing address. Yet, the gift was incorrectly sent to a different location. It would benefit the company to simply acknowledge their mistake and resolve the issue, but they prefer to dismiss my negative review as fake. This has left me feeling very frustrated, especially since I have already paid in full for the products.
