Made an order on Feb 5th and because they did not offer any faster shipping I was stuck with Economy

Made an order on Feb 5th and because they did not offer any faster shipping I was stuck with Economy which says 8-10 Business days. I've order this product from them three times before no issue. It said waa going to arrive in 3 wks. Okay, sure. As long as its coming. Usually within one week I get a shipment notice. I got nothing so I waited until the second week until I contacted them.

I contacted them saying there must be an issue but the customer service agents kept saying it will be there. It will be on time. There is no delay. Four days before arrival I contact customer service trying to explain the same thing. The agent tells me there is no delay, I will recieve a shipment email in 48hrs and they have the ability to ship over night. But here I am waiting 3ks.

A day before shipment is suppose to arrive I contact them again trying to explain what I've been getting the run around about and then the Agent tells me there is a delay the day before it is suppose to be at my address. No email. I had to contact them about ten times to get to this point.

They keep sayingbthry understand how frustrating this is but it takes 5 agents until I get an answer. So the Day it is suppose to be delivered I get the delayed email. Email says 2-3 days. Okay fine.

2-3 days later I dont get anything about shipment. I contact and get nothing from the first agent and just the run around. I contact the day after and the agent tells me it won't be shipped until March 19th. I ordered on Feb. 5th. Again, no communication. I had to contact them multiple times to get the answer.

And I can't replace this order with a different set be cause everytime I pick something that's "instock" go through the design process and Add to cart it says My item is out if stock. They dobt even offer to try and get something faster and just say they "understand" and "know I'm frusterated". Anyone would be frustrated.

I have clients waiting on this item and now have to go tell them. Never had this issue. It is utterly ridiculous that they can't communication these issues with their customers.

Vistaprint do better.
