I received 3 photobooks today that i ordered only to open one and see the front cover had images of my children however inside the book were images of a different family and quite a few male photos . I uploaded the correct photos how hard was it to print this . When I called you assured me that my children’s photos did not end up in the album of this other family that you mixed us up with but where is my proof- how do I know where and who now has access to my children’s photos I want to know what your policy is on child safety , image storage and just in general how you will ensure this does not happen again
