I placed an order for a custom jigsaw puzzle and at checkout I was given an option to have it be sent to my nearest UPS store. Expected shipping said the 18th, so I called the UPS store and there was no record of my order. I talked to customer support and apparently my order was never made let alone shipped to me and I had to redo an order they did however, express shipped it to me, but the fact that they went 14 days without reach reaching out, asking for a proper address due to a system issue is very unprofessional. They were going to just let me pay for my order and never receive anything unless I contacted them.
