Product good quality, but customer service was disjointed and robotic.Despite asking four times for a specific delivery date, and having it confirmed, VistaPrint then delivered one week early, no one was there to receive the order. There then followed a serious of robotic responses (written by AI?) which failed to answer or respond sensibly to questions.
